This group meets every Tuesday 9:45am to 10:30am at Age Concern, Romsey Road, Eastleigh.
We pay a fee of £2:50 per session. We have our own personal trainer keeping us on our toes with gentle stretching exercises and circuit training.
We are a group of varied ages, male and female. There is no pressure to keep to a vigorous routine, just come
along and enjoy a very friendly session.
