Once you have registered for membership and then logged on, a table will be displayed below enabling you to indicate the groups of which you are a member. Click in the box to the left of the Group Name to insert or remove a tick. Finally, click Submit at the bottom of the table.
Once you have completed and submitted this form once, your results will be retained for next time you visit this page - you will see ticks for your previous selections. You only need to re-submit the form if you join additional group/s or leave one of which you are already a member, in which case add or remove ticks as appropriate, then click Submit.
